Buyout

A flat rate that a voice-actor charges a client to buy the recording, typically in perpetuity, without the need to pay more should the client edit or re-use the recording in any way. For example, the client could shorten a long corporate video into a commercial, or take what was recorded as a local radio commercial and air it on national TV. Many non-union jobs are buy-outs.
