ParticipantHi,
Nice recordings. You have a soothing, mellow tone which draws on in. The reads were clear and I was able to embrace the pitch. My only feedback is around the pauses in the History Channel read; they seemed a little extended at the end.Evette75

ParticipantHi Colton – nice job! I did notice you rearranged a few of the words in the “Do they think it really helps their campaign?” line. Something to be mindful of moving forward.

ParticipantHi Mary, I agree with Oktober10 – that moment when you fold the pamphelt and start paying attention to the audio. I can see what nettipo1 mentioned about changing tone to give more attention to his changing paths. Overall, great job!

ParticipantThanks so much for your feedback, Mary!

ParticipantHi Brandon
The Haunting Tale read is just in time for the season – clinging to my blanket at a sleepover, hanging on to the “what’s next” is the vibe your read gave me, love it. I agree with nettipo1 with it influencing your second read.Evette75
ParticipantHi Steve,
You have a baritone type voice and I enjoyed your read. It was descriptive and to the point. I did detect a little stumble but recovered well. Nice job!Evette75
ParticipantHi Community,
As I try to gauge my direction in the voiceover biz, attempted an audio read… please provide feedback.Excerpt from To K**l A Mockingbird
Chapter 1, paragraph 1
When he was nearly thirteen, my brother Jem got his arm badly broken at the elbow. When it healed, and Jem’s fears of never being able to play football were assuaged, he was seldom self-conscious about his injury. His left arm was somewhat shorter than his right; when he stood or walked, the back of his hand wsa at right angles to his body, his thumb parallel to his thigh. He couldn’t have cared less, so long as he could pass and punt.Attachments:
