Just from my experience I have tried both. For photography I went to a professional to do my headshot after I went to a “Budget” one and they did not turn out the way I wanted. As for the website I have used a couple different ones, even though I have done all my websites myself. Started with GoDaddy which is not to bad but the website that you can build there is limited unless you pay more for a different plan. I recently switched over to Hostinger. You have a couple different ways to go there … wordpress or their A.I. I tried their A.I one which is pretty customizable and that is what I currently have working. In the background I am working on a site with wordpress which is what I will go with but I am just taking my time with that one to get it exactly how I want it. Hope that helps.
