Cosmic: Conversational tone comes across as the strongest part of this to my ear. Well done.
Sibilants and breaths are what I’d work on, and part of that is just editing.

Hello, listeners. Been a couple years since I’ve posted. Hoping to shake off cobwebs/dust/rust.
I purposely choose medical scripts in an attempt to work on pronunciation and deliberate delivery. Does my tongue sound thick?

Good speed – makes message stand out.
Sounds a little hollow/echo-y.
“…to fit YOUR room” = maybe staying on “your” a little long? Obviously emphasizing, but almost sounds like it’s a catch/stumble.
Deep tone does sound “sophisticated.” I like it.
