Hello, any feedback is appreciated – Thank you.

” Welcome to the planet earth. A place of blue nitrogen skies, oceans of liquid water, cool forests, soft meadows; A world positively rippling with life. From the cosmic perspective, it is, for the moment, unique. The only world on which we know with certainty that the matter of the cosmos has become alive, and aware. There must be many such worlds scattered through space, but our search for them begins here, with the accumulated wisdom of the men and women of our species, acquired at great cost, over a million years. ”

Also, does anyone have any tips for getting back to their posts asides from clicking through pages and pages of posts looking for theirs? I feel like I miss the old forum style quite a bit.

Hey looking for some feedback. Thank you guys.

Beginner paddle boarders should choose a wider, longer and thicker board. This will offer the greatest stability to learn the paddle board basics on a flat body of water. As you gain experience, you can progress to a smaller paddle board. The most common board shape for beginners is an All-Around paddle board. However, there are a few different types and shapes of paddle boards to consider.

    Hello Jay,

Good stuff, I would just try to get a little more variance in the pitch to keep it engaging throughout.

Very powerful read here Samuel. I don’t have anything to say to help further the progress of this one. The pacing was great, the variance and delivery all hit the mark. Strong work.

    Hello all,

Working on a guided meditation bit to add to my demo. Let me know what you think. (I’m not worried about the background clacks/noises)

    Thanks!

Find a quiet place in which to take a comfortable seat
Sit up tall and close your eyes
Breathe patiently and fully, yet gently and quietly
In and out through your nose

Give yourself permission to do nothing
Give yourself permission to embrace this moment of stillness
There’s nothing at all that needs to be done
Other than staying here, relatively still, watching the breath

“This does all seem rather bizarre. We are familiar with the world around us where everything behaves as we would expect. An apple falls from the tree to the ground according to classical laws. It all makes sense, but, at the very small we see classical laws break down. In the quantum world, particles behave in a weird way. They can be in different places at the same time. A cloud of possibilities. This is the strange world of quantum theory.”

Took some time off, getting back into the training and practice. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks for listening.
