Very soothing voice! What do I know, but, the IR spot; don’t go up in pitch at the end of the statements? Sounds a bit strange like a Valley Girl; it also gave me the feeling that you were talking down to the audience.
The EV spot was also very good vocally; perhaps slow the read down and enunciate?
