Hi SueCat – Nice, fun read. Your voice sounds very warm! The start got me interested and drew me in.  The pacing/rhythm of the final two lines feels different from the first half.  Perhaps try the second from the last sentence with the emphasis on “didn’t” as well as Tic Tac – the one that writes the check as you mentioned :). Nice read – thanks for sharing!
